Abigail Cosby

Abigail is 18 and attends Springfield High School. Her favorite BATS Project is Premiere the Problem, and her favorite art form is design and photography. Her hobbies include lifting, reading, listening to music, hanging out with friends, and adventuring.

Q. Why Did You Join BATS?

A.“I joined BATS with invitation and encouragement from my best friend Isaac Guest, and I couldn’t imagine my life without BATS now!”

Q. What Does BATS Mean to You?

A.“I think being a BATS member fulfills every part of me and lets them shine. Helping the community and being able to do what I do in BATS, with all of the wonderful people, is the biggest blessing.”

Premiere the Positive:

In 2025, Abby was the chair and youth creative director of the 2nd annual film festival. She created the vibrant imagery that is seen on the poster and throughout social media. As well as directing many elements of the project behind the scenes.

what’s wellness:

In 2024, Abby researched, created, and taught a session called Nature’s Secret with the help of fellow leadership member Isaac Guest at BATS’ What’s Wellness event. This session involved meditation and mindfulness practice with the help of Headspace as well as nature journaling and sustainable bird feeders. She created the original advertisement poster for the session.

Premiere the problem:

In 2024, Abby co-chaired Premiere the Problem, the 1st annual 48-hour youth film festival. She created the vibrant imagery that is seen on the poster and used for advertisement with assistance from Isaac Guest. As well as assisting with many elements of the project behind the scenes.
