Ireland Emmons is 13,and attendsRoosevelt middle school.Her favorite project is the Hope Walk, and favorite art form is theatre. Outside of BATS, she does soccer, volleyball, track, and cheer.  

Q. Why did you join BATS?

A. “I joined bats because I wanted to do better and help with issues in Springfield while educated others, ”

Q. What does being a BATS member mean to you?

A. “Being a BATS member to me means, being able to take charge, and being able to be a leader while still being able to work with others. I feel like you need to be commuted to helping your community become better.”
